Men's Basketball Supports Coaches vs. Cancer as Retrievers Host Binghamton on Wednesday Evening

RETRIEVER UPDATE:  Visiting Boston University hit 15 of 23 shots from the floor in the second half and turned back an early second-half rally by UMBC to triumph, 79-61, at the RAC Arena on Sunday. Sophomore guard Chris De La Rosa tried to spark the comeback by scoring 18 points and he leads the America East in assists with 4.9 per game.

BEARCATS UPDATE: The defending league champoins come into tonight's game after a big 73-67 win over Vermont. Forward Greer Wright had 30 points and 10 rebounds vs. the Catamounts and has averaged 22.8 points per game in his last four outings. Binghamton has gone 4-3 in the new year, with one loss occuring at Maine (66-61) in OT and the other by one point at Hartford (64-63).

UP NEXT: UMBC travels to Maine for a Saturday noon contest with the league-leading Black Bears.
